Our recruiters form a well-balanced team of Japanese and foreign nationals, with a variety of academic and work backgrounds. All of them speak Japanese and English. All of them have been in Japan for years and are committed to the country. They bridge the cultural divide between Japan and the West with ease, and can consult with you on a variety of local factors that come into play when searching for, interviewing and negotiating with the right candidate.
