Progress was founded by two Partners, Yuko Shimazu and Axel Lieber. Our clients are mostly large, global firms, although we work with smaller and domestic clients as well. Our recruiters are all experienced and bilingual with various areas of expertise within the financial, consulting and technology industries in Japan. Actively, we cover mid-level and senior positions, not college grad or junior level. Our approach is one of team work with our clients to build their organizations. Fairness is our core value.
